This zine is about how the zine collection at the Baltimore County Public Library was created, including how to catalogue zines, collection development, and zine-related books.
"In the past two decades a quite revolution has gained force: over 50000 zines have emerged and spread... These interviews capture all the excitement associated with uncensored freedom of expression while offering insight, inspiration, and delight."
Zine put out by the Queer Zine Archive Project (QZAP) including essays like "The Successful 'Marriage' of the Queer Zine" and "Names and Dates and Times: Reflections of a Queer Zine Adolescence".
"What follows this are rules for proper zine etiquette. This came about by a discussion on the zinesters mailing list. These are actually not even rules - they are guidelines for common ordering courtesy. You definitely need to read this if you are just getting into zines." Includes guidelines for ordering zines and sending zines to distros.
It looks like someone taught a class on zines and asked the students to write down what they wanted to get out of the class. Then these write-ups were all published as this zine.
